Why I’m launching this newsletter
Keeping up with AI is getting stressful.

Keeping up with AI is getting stressful.
Here’s the problem I’ve seen (and felt):
There are AI workflows / tools everywhere but it feels impossible to find ones that solve real problems
It feels like there’s always new stuff when it comes to AI and it’s easy to feel constantly behind
C-suite and investors want more AI, but teams don’t know where to start
Most of us don’t need to (or want to) know all the details behind the latest models and tools. We just want to know how to use it to be better at our job.
That’s why I’m writing Blueprints.
What is Blueprints?
Each edition is one real case, from real growth teams. It will be broken down as clearly as possible so you can copy.
The problem
How AI helped
The steps to replicate it
The goal is for each newsletter will be to have a narrow lens on a specific use case. It will be a “blueprint” that you can steal.
I’m not an AI expert. But what I am is someone who is using AI daily to get better at my job.
This newsletter is me sharing what I’m testing out —and what other smarter people are doing too.
Here’s a preview of the AI workflows that are coming:
Building a website lead gen tool (without engineering)
Automating hand-off from Sales to CS
Pulling out key insights from sales calls into a weekly digest
Analyzing and visualizing Salesforce data
None of this is groundbreaking, but that’s the point. The goal is to share some interesting, high-leverage workflows that make your growth team a little more effective every day.
I’ll be kicking things off next week with the first Blueprint - I’m so excited to hear what you think!
A quick ask of you
I want Blueprints to highlight what real teams are actually doing with AI, not just my own experiments. If you’ve used AI for something useful (or know someone who has), I’d love to feature it.
